Solvent parts washers
Designed specifically for use with a wide range of solvents and are ATEX certified for use in flammable zones such as car body shops. Unlike many washers on the market our Washers come with inbuilt air extraction systems help protect the operator when in use. Solutex solvents washers can also be used with water based detergents to provide truly versatile equipment.
Water based parts washers
Designed specifically for use with water based cleaning agents.
They are available in 2 types:
- Cold water cleaning units for use with detergents.
- Hot water cleaning units for use with detergents that work best at around 40°C.
Automatic parts washing with solvent, ATEX certified.
Model M30MT
All models are ATEX II 2G approved and are suitable for use in flammable areas
The automatic washer also has a manual wash facility. The compact pneumatically powered unit only requires connection to a compressed air supply. An air extraction system is provided to protect the operator from vapours.
The wash tank is fitted with fixed spray nozzles that direct spray cleaning fluid over the parts. The automatic wash is controlled by a timer.
Safety interlocks stop the pumps if the washing cabinet door is opened during use

Supplied and recycled as per client PPM schedule. Technical support and visits. Regular servicing and cleaning is included in the price.
We'll collect your used cleaning fluid either solvent or aqueous, dispose of it to all legal standards and provide documented evidence of compliance.
